Our recent training projects involved use of SAP systems supporting logistics processes at multinationals and ministeries of justice and defence. Projects were carried out for manufacturers (discrete production, process industry) as well as customers in various branches such as micro-electronics, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, foods/agro. Related to SAP system upgrades and roll-outs, users (1-500 per company) were trained in Europe and the US, in various foreign languages. E-learning, work instructions and other training material was also developed.
Other projects involved training users how to better use their SAP system, development of training material, training of trainers, etc. Scope varied from on-the-job training of the workforce to overview training of management. With main focus on logistics and planning processes in several industries, including construction&engineering, automotive, consumer, dairy, chemicals. User training was related to SAP systems such as SAP SCM, SAP 4.6-4.7, modules MM PP PM PS QM SD WM, at Continental Tyres, Sara Lee, Philip Morris, Philips, Akzo Nobel, Fuji, Unilever, and more. Training was delivered in English, French, German, Dutch, at main and branch locations of companies in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, UK, US, and Malaysia. This also included development of training material and user documentation, train-the-trainer sessions, and training for other systems than SAP systems such as JD Edwards, Siebel CRM and several legacy systems.
